Swan neck showers, pulsed underwater massage jets, lane fitted with counter-current resistance swimming system, aquagym (water aerobics), there’s something for everyone… Swim, get active or unwind, all will help you to get the most from your thalassotherapy treatments. A hammam steam bath and sauna are also available to round off your program of well-being.

Aquagym classes are held throughout the day and Spa guests are free to join in whenever they wish to help tone their figure under the expert guidance of the Hélianthal fitness staff.
